這是BBQ,所以灵魂是醃料:

紅椒汁,蜜糖,Lemon Pepper和淡豉油-

想效果好,用去皮去肥的french cut羊扒,

肥是分佈在肉中間的.

先鋪羊扒在醃盤上,灑上lemon pepper,

每塊扒滴上一兩滴紅椒汁,

每塊唧一點蜜糖.

Picture

用茶匙搽均以上醬料在羊扒上,

在塗抹過程茶匙會附上大量的醃料,

用碗仔裝上適量淡豉油,

將附在茶匙上的醃料溶入淡豉油裏,

將溶了醃料的淡豉油塗在羊扒上,

將有醬汁的一面反向下,

Picture

在無醬汁的一面灑上lemon pepper,

Picture

醃一至兩小時後燒烤之,

完成 emotion

cheez:都得!不過honey加lemon pepper之後無o甘黏,好怪,所以無理先後,哈哈.PS:完先個食譜用brown sugar架,但係我改用honey所以怪左,嘻...
